Use of the site
All content on the site — including product descriptions, drawings, photographs, specifications and written material — is the property of Xinxiang Pulian Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may view the content for legitimate business purposes, but you may not reproduce, republish, scrape or redistribute any part of the site without prior written consent.
Product information
All information, photographs and specifications on this website are indicative. Pulian reserves the right to modify designs, dimensions, capacities and options without prior notice as part of its continuous engineering improvement programme. Final specifications, interface dimensions, materials, surface treatment and test conditions are set out in the signed technical agreement for each order.
Quotations and orders
A quotation issued by Pulian is valid for the period stated in the quotation document and is not a binding offer until a formal order acknowledgment has been issued. Lead times, prices and availability are subject to confirmation at the time of order placement.
Limitation of liability
Pulian supplies container spreaders and lifting equipment in accordance with the technical agreement. Pulian's liability for any claim arising from the use of equipment delivered under contract is limited to the purchase price of the equipment, except in cases of proven wilful misconduct or product liability law where a different rule applies.
Applicable law
These terms, and any contract between Pulian and a buyer that references them, are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Xinxiang, Henan, China.
Termination of access
Pulian may suspend or terminate access to the site for any party that uses it in a manner contrary to these terms, including attempts to compromise the security of the site, send spam or impersonate a legitimate buyer.
